Do your themes work on WordPress.COM?


Unfortuantely you can not install my themes on your blog. WordPress.COM has a strict policy that does not allow to upload custom themes. You need to run your blog on WordPress.ORG version.



My blog address ends with COM. Is it okay?


Of course! Your domain name can have any ending – COM, NET, ORG and so on. It is about WordPress version, it has to have ORG in its name.




How do I know what WordPress version do I have?


If your blog is self-hosted, then you most likely use proper WordPress version. If you are still not sure, please contact me with your blog address!



Can you recommend any hosting for my blog?


I always recommend Bluehost (affiliate link). It is inexpensive, yet reliable hosting. Plus you get free domain name!




Where do you sell your themes?


Currently my themes are available on Etsy and Creative Market only.



What payment methods do you accept?


Because all the sales are handled by Etsy and Creative Market, you can pay with all the methods they accept.




Do you offer refunds?


Because of nature of my products there are no refunds, all sales are final. All themes/templates are designed to work as on demo presentation, with no issues. Please make sure to check out the demo theme before purchase.



How many times can I use your work?


Each payment allows you to use my theme/template on one site only. If you need my theme for another site, please purchase another license.




Can I upload my own logo?


Of course! All of my themes/templates allows you to upload your own image logo.



Can I edit colors/fonts?


Yes, you can adjust fonts and logos in all of my themes/templates.




Can you install theme for me?

Do you provide support?


DO: I provide support for theme related questions, issues arising from using any of the pre-packaged scripts/plugins which cover everything required to ensure that all theme features are working as advertised and as shown in DEMO site.
Support is provided via messages sent from places of theme purchase – Creative Market or Etsy. I do not provide support via Social Media, e-mail or phone. 

DO NOT: I do not provide support for:
– Theme customizations or modifications – if you need something that is beyond original theme look/functionality please consider hiring a developer, or message me for quote.
– General WordPress/Blogger questions – I do not offer general support for the installation, administration or customization of the WordPress or Blogger platform itself.
– Third party plugins – I do not offer support related to third party plugins. Any issues should be raised with that particular plugin’s author.
– Issues arising from user modifications to the theme code, styling or functionality.
– Hosting configuration – these issues must be raised with your specific hosting provider.

I strive to answer all support and general questions in 24-48 hours. Please note that response time may be longer on weekends.
